Hi, I'm Kelley Schlauch
I was born and raised in Montana, and I’ve always known there’s something truly special about this state. Growing up here taught me more than just a love of the outdoors—it taught me the unspoken rules of being a good neighbor: wave or tip your hat when passing on the road, stop to help someone if they need it, close the gate behind you, and mind your own business. Basically, respect your fellow Montanans and follow our age-old motto: “Live and let live.”
When it came time for my husband and me to decide where to raise our family, we couldn’t think of anywhere we’d rather be than Bozeman—close to family, surrounded by community, and connected to the landscape we love. I’ve lived in Bozeman for over 20 years now, and I feel lucky to have built a strong network of both friends and business partners in this amazing town.

Beyond the incredible outdoor access, I stay informed on the area's growth in research, technology, and development, which helps me serve both buyers and sellers with a broader perspective. I approach each client relationship with care, integrity, and a no-pressure attitude—and I’ll always advocate for what’s best for you.
Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me tending to my bees, gardening, listening to as much live music as possible or out hiking and kayaking with my husband of over 30 years.
I’m also the co-founder of FlexTrek, a hiking guide business that helps visitors explore Bozeman’s trails safely.
I love giving back - through volunteering, supporting the Greater Gallatin United Way, GVLT & other local non-profits.
